“My motto is to have a positive attitude and stay in balance. I smile because you don’t see the wrinkles. They are wisdom lines. You have to set up your life in balance. If you are in balance you don’t get upset over little and unimportant things. I am going to physical therapy to get my balance back and to stop using a walker. Ironically, I can dance without my walker. I should always be dancing!”

Adele has lost her eyesight but it doesn’t slow her down as she listens to books on tape, uses an iPad and accesses Braille library audio books. She attends an hourly physical therapy session at Belmont Village five days a week.
