The certification is based on an outstanding 87% response rate from Belmont staff, reflecting not only their strong engagement and commitment, but also their desire to articulate how positive their work life is at Belmont.
The survey results demonstrated the exceptional dedication of Belmont Village’s employees. The survey found that 84% of respondents reported finding deep meaning in their work, underscoring their unwavering commitment to prioritizing the well-being of residents. Additionally, 85% of employees expressed a strong belief that they are making a significant difference in the lives of the seniors they serve, reflecting the sense of purpose and impact Belmont Village’s team members bring to their roles each day.
