Agnieszka Stanek Recognized for Unwavering Dedication to Senior Care at TALA Conference & Expo

Belmont Village Senior Living, a renowned developer, owner, and operator of senior living communities, is excited to announce that Agnieszka “Angie” Stanek, Director of Resident Care at Belmont Village West University, has been honored with the prestigious Texas Assisted Living Association (TALA) HERO Award for Nursing Excellence. This honor highlights Agnieszka’s exceptional commitment to providing outstanding care and ensuring the health and well-being of residents.

Out of more than 160 nominations, Angie is one of the 14 winners honored at the 2025 TALA Conference & Expo HERO Awards at Kalahari Resorts, held April 2-4. The HERO awards celebrate outstanding individuals in ten categories and recognize their significant contributions to the senior living community.

Angie has been providing exceptional care to residents for over a decade at Belmont Village Senior Living. She began her career as a charge nurse at Belmont Village Geneva Road in Chicago while earning her RN license. From there, she stepped into the role of Director of Resident Care at Belmont Village’s flagship community in the West University community of Houston.

Her exceptional clinical skills, paired with her compassionate heart, have earned her the admiration of both residents and colleagues. Angie is known for her calm and caring demeanor, always going above and beyond to ensure residents receive the best possible care. Her commitment to improving the quality of life for the residents at Belmont Village West University is evident in the strong relationships she has built with families and team members alike.
