SPEAKER: EUGENE ROGINSKY, LCSW
Eugene works as a Director of Transitional Care for LifeCare Home Health and In-Home Care Services. He has worked in various mental health settings and is a keynote speaker and regularly conducts CEU programs to Illinois Healthcare Professionals.
Join us for an informative discussion on something we may see frequently as healthcare professionals—having difficult conversations with difficult personalities. Healthcare professionals encounter a wide variety of personalities at the work setting, as well as while providing patient care. This program will address several challenging personality types, associated features, and strategic approaches to productive communication.
