Belmont Village Lakeway is rising along RM 620 at 107 Bella Montagna Circle, just south of Lexus of Lakeway. The four-level tiered facility—three levels and a garden level on a sloping property—is approximately 130,000 square feet and will have 156 private apartments for independent living, assisted living and memory care, company documents showed.
