George and Jane Takara

George and Jane met through Jane’s cousin, when a group of friends got together. The couple enjoyed swimming and picnics at the beach. They had a family tradition of always eating together and celebrated many special occasions with extended family. George says, “I don’t have to remember a favorite memory about the two of us because we are still together.” He says that, “One has to have love first, and then think very clearly, asking yourself if the relationship is true and right. If it is, then you get married.” They say the secret to their success is patience.
