Our buildings are designed inside and out to complement the architectural style of the surrounding community and create a comfortable, familiar place for residents and neighbors. We build to high standards for life safety, using concrete and steel construction.
FLEXIBILITY AND CONVENIENCE
Each Belmont Village is conveniently laid out and decorated in a way that makes it easy for residents to get from one place to another. We include expansive common spaces, with as much as 40 percent of the building dedicated to programming space. Our licensure extends to all of our units, making it easy for our residents to age in place and providing a good solution for couples with differing care needs. A variety of flexible studio, one- and two-bedroom private apartment plans are available to suit a range of needs.
